these terms of service are in regards to personal use only.

commission terms of service

general:
- if you support cryptocurrency or non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in any way, i will not do business with you.
- i reserve the right to deny any commission requests without explanation
- many major changes in a late completion stage will incur additional fees
- the commissioner may not remove my signature or watermark at any time
- please credit me in a visible location if you display my art!payment:
- all payments are made in USD via paypal invoices
- all payments are made upfront; if your commission value is over 100$USD, you may have the option of paying half upfront and half after completionusage and ownership:
- do not use my work for commercial use or profit without prior communication
- the commissioner may make minor edits (e.g. resizing, cropping, filtering), but please don't draw over or trace my art
- the drawings commissioned are owned by the commissioner
- i will not make further profit directly off the work, e.g. prints, stickers, buttons, etc. without permission of the commissioner
- i may use the work to advertise my services, as examples, and/or for portfolio purposes without permission of the commissioner
- art will be posted onto my social media unless requested otherwiseabout cancellations:if the commissioner cancels:
- if i have not started, i will give a full refund
- if i have a completed sketch, it is up to my discretionif i cancel, i will give a full refund.i do not draw nsfw material.

design terms of service

payments:
- all payments are made in USD via paypal invoices
- please pay within 48h of a design's closure; after 48h, i will accept the next offer
- please contact me as soon as possible if you need to retract an offer or bid
- payment plans should be discussed prior to offering/bidding and can only apply to offers above 100$
- i do not accept refunds
- i do not hold designsownership:
- my designs are intended for personal use only. commercial usage is prohibited without prior negotiation.
- my designs can be traded, gifted, sold, and vouchered. i discourage reselling a character for more than what was paid (+ any commissioned art value).
- you may edit my designs as you wish; however, please do not edit or trace over my art.
- you may port my designs into species or give them alternate forms, but please keep all forms together.
- please retain credits on my designs. all of my active offsite links can be found on my carrd.
- please do not rehost my designs on amino, facebook, or vk; if you trade my designs on one of these sites, the new owner must have a toyhouse account to transfer the character to.
- i reserve the right to use my designs for portfolio and/or advertising purposes; however, i will not use them commercially without permission.

commercial use terms of service

if you support cryptocurrency or non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in any way, i will not do business with you.my commercial usage fees cover advertising, self-promotion, and the general use of my work for the purpose of commercial gain. generally, for the purposes of streaming and advertising, you have free reign!YOU MAY NOT sell my work as digital merchandise, e.g. graphics packs or image sets; or print to sell as physical merchandise, e.g. keychains, stickers, buttons, prints, etc. if you would like these permissions, please negotiate with me directly. if you need to resell your model for whatever reason, please let me know as courtesy!if you have questions about what i do and do not allow for my work, feel free to ask me directly!general:
